Steve has 35 years experience in construction – initially working on high end residential and theatre projects in Central London he moved into retail and fit out approximately 25 years ago and has a reputation for building strong relationships with clients, delivery teams and suppliers. With his vast experience he is a trusted professional in the retail industry with a reputation for delivering the most complex and logistically challenging projects.

Dean started his career as a trainee surveyor whilst at the same time studying for his Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management degree in which he received a 1st Class Hons at the University of the West of England where he also received The Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. His strong leadership and management skills have seen him rise to senior manager and director level by the time he was thirty years old.

Gareth has a background in Civil Engineering and Groundworks and crossed over into Retail and Fit Out approximately 15 years ago. His work ethic, commitment to projects and eye for detail puts him in high demand with clients. In the last several years he has been fundamentally involved in several projects that have achieved Gold Standard with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

Alex joined the team in April 2024. He is an experienced Site Manager who has joined the Stanlo Team to develop and grow into a Contracts Manager Role.

Alan has a wealth of experience overseeing delivery of projects across the retail and commercial sector. Alan is able to maintain strong relationships with many stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery.
